how long it takes from KL to Redang and which is better ? PULAU PANGKOR OR REDANG

Pangkor Island is nearer to KL in Perak (one of the 14 states in Malaysia) but not much to see while Redang is one of the 10 most beautiful islands, so they say. From KL to Kuala Terengganu (KT) takes about 7 hrs by bus that costs RM35 and a boat ride from KT about 1.5 hrs. In fact you can google out under "Redang" and you can get a lot of info. As we have an unpredicted weather due to monsoon season, it is not really advisable to go to these islands except Penang and Langkawi. If you need more info about the travel, especially to some islands in Peninsula Malaysia. I'll ask around. Hope you have a nice trip.

BTW how many people will be travelling with you and for how many days? According to my brother, who is a seasoned island guide, you may go to either Perhentian or Redang as no strong wind is in the weather forecast except some drizzles. For further info you may email me, anytime.
