Actually it is very easy and convinient for you to reach Beijing railwayStation from Airport by Shuttle Bus between airport and railway station.Unfortunately train ticket in China is now unavailable online, so I suggest that you tell me the specific time of arriving and departure in Beijing so that i can show you more info concerning your case. 1) Yes, though the font size for English is usually than that for Chinese characters.
2) Get in?? What do you mean?
3) No official online ticketing for China's train system. Online agencies charge an arm and a leg for the "privilege" so I never recommend those.
4) What price range is your "budget"?
