Yes unless you are a native English speaker with a degree and willing to teach English.

Teaching English is about the only job open to foreigners. Chinese companies can only employ foreigners with "Special Skills" which means if there are no Chinese who can do the same job. It is unlikely that a state school would emply a teacher without a degree. They are also likely to want a TEFL certifificate and teaching experience. The higher ranking the school is the more they will require. Only those schools in less desirable areas are likely to consider lower qualifications.

You might secure a job in a private language school who have lower requirements but be sure that they are registered to employ foreigners and can provide the Z visa you need to obtain a work and residence permit. Working on any other visa is illegal
