I wondered the best city for electric toothbrush manufacturers and design?

I want to make toothbrush cheap and sell
SOmeone said Yangzhou city was the city for toothbrush?
Please advise

I suggest you to go the Xingfa , Yifa or the Hongfa wholesales market of Guangzhou or the International Business Center of Yiwu in Zhejiang.
