I am here on shanghai for chinese language study and searching accomodation in Shanghai? Is there homestay facility in Jiading distric ?

You might want to try the CouchSurfing website, or Hospitality Club. Google for the websites if you don't know what they are.
Jiading district is an outlying district of Shanghai. Great if you're really wanting to immerse yourself in a "local" environment, but not if you need some Western-style comforts.
