Wondering if I can purchase train tickets Shanghai-Beijing in Guangzhow train station? How many days in advance I can purchase the tickets?

But the trip will be in early April. Will it be still difficult to get them?. In any case, is it possible to buy in Guangzhow for trips starting from other cities (other than Guangzhow)?

The answer to your question is generally NO, but on rare occasions you might get lucky -- ie don't count on it happening.
