Although I am not American I think this advice will apply. Your gf will find it difficult to obtain a tourist visa to travel alone to the US. She will need to prove that she will return to China within the visa period. To do this she will need any or all of the following;
substantial funds in a Chinese bank, own property in China, have a letter from an employer assuring her that she has a job to return to.
For this reason it is often easier to marry in China. However, there are still substantial formalities to go through to do this. Having married you then need to apply for a visa to bring her to your country.

Alternatively you can apply for a fiancée visa which will enable her to travel to the US and marry within a specific time frame. This procedure can take many months to approve.

Either way be prepared for a lot of paperwork, legal procedures and expense.

GUEST17197 It would probably be easier for her to get a K-1 visa than a tourist visa to the US.
However, a K-1 visa is good for 3 months only. You must marry her and apply for a green card, before her visa expires.
The other option, to get married in China and then worry about her coming here, is more complicated.
Good luck!
