Want to rent a small house/Apt in Shenzhen for 12-24 months

I am from Singapore and i want to rent a small house just to fit 1/2 people with 1 bedroom, toilet and kitchen for 12 months to 24 months. Prefer rental starting from 1st-15th April, will be in Shenzhen from 28th March to 1st April 2010 and would like to view the place if possible.
