Transfer from Beijing to Xingang

the Internet advertises car trips from Beijing to Xingang- cruise port for $200 US- is there a less expensive way to do this trip for 2 people. I see there is a high speed train part of the way, but can't find information about how and how much charge to get from train to port. If a car is the best way to go- will I be able to arrange this after I get to Beijing. Thank you, Judy

Obviously, that's pretty expensive!
Take a train from Beijing South to Tanggu, and then a taxi from there to the cruise terminal.
