CHINESE FIANCEE VISA PROCESSING TIME

I will be submitting my Fiancee Visa paperwork this month, February 2010. Does anyone know the current processing times until the interview? We will be going through the Guangzhou office in China. Has anyone heard about the low approval rate for Visa's at the Guangzhou office? We have known each other for about 2.5 years, but only seriously been talking to each other since February 2009. I have visited her in October 2009 for 2 weeks. Any and all information is welcome. Thanks!
