Any good computer programs to learn Chinese

(About $500 for what I need.) Am wondering whether there is a similar Chinese produced program that would help me learn Chinese. Am not trying to get bootleg copy. Am simply wondering whether there is a Chinese analog to Rosetta Stone that would be substantially cheaper than Rosetta Stone. Would mention that I am a widower of a Chinese wife, so I am used to hearing Chinese. Nonetheless, my speaking skills are poor. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, JD
