We love our apartment, but are leaving Guangzhou by April 1st. Here is why it is such a great place:

1. The building has its own swimming pool and garden.

2. Good securities and management.

3. Across the street from the Jusco mall and supermarket (a movie theater will be opening soon.)

4. 10 mins walk to 2 fresh food markets.

5. 5 mins walk to subway and East Train Station, 5 mins to CITIC Plaza, 5 mins to Limeijian Gym.

6. 120 sq. meters (actual size) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with individual shower) and a balcony.

7. Lots of restaurants and delivery services nearby.

8. Last but not least, IKEA is downstairs.
