GUESTCHETZ Hie,
I'm a male, 27 years old from Malaysia. Currently working as a Relationship Manager in an investment bank. Dealing with securities, bonds, structured funds and assurance. Basically it's all about manging investment portfolio.

One day i woke up and looked back how boring my life is, so i decided to start a new life in China from scratch. Used to learned Mandrin last time, but i think i might has to start it all over again. Anyway, the main point is, i'm looking for a job in China. Any job will do, not so much about the salary as long as it's enough for the food and accommodation. Hope to hear any advice and offer from forumers soon. Thank you in advance. Here is my email yahoo.com|chetzmo

GUEST88122 It seems many people do not understand the job situation in China. To work in China you MUST have a special skill, one that cannot be provided by a Chinese worker. The Chinese government will not allow foreigners to take jobs which Chinese workers can do.

A foreigner must be invited to work in China by a company or organisation registered to employ foreigners. Only they can provide a legal Z visa required to obtain a residence permit. China is not short of highly trained and skilled workers in virtually all fields of employment.

Probably the only skill they cannot provide is that of a native language teacher. Even to work as a language teacher you will need at least a degree, teaching qualification and experience in teaching.

Nothing will change even you marry a Chinese lady. Remember that you are not a Chinese citizen. You have to go through procedures to work in China.
