So far both other apartments on the same floor are empty, therefore it is very quiet. As well on good days you have a wonderful view over Hankou, especially at night. The apartment has one big living / dinning room. One master bedroom, with separate bath. One guestroom. One big guest bathroom. A kitchen and a small service room. The apartment is fully equipped with light coloured furniture. Stone floor in the living room and kitchen and wood in the bedrooms. As well it has diswasher and washing machine including drying function, stereo system and flat screen TV (satelitte TV). As well we have a gas heating system installed, so that it is very comfortable in winter. Of course there is also air-condition. In general the standard of the apartment is very good. The size of the apartment is 136 square meter (Chinese measurement :-)),pls find the photos from the attachment.
