I would like information - Baoding/ Hebei

Does Boading have much crime (also includes drug problems).

Would this be a good community to spend some time. I know, loaded question - just is it a nice place - no smog, nice people, etc.

Baoding is a nice city, it is about 150kms south of Beijing, the social serurity there is good, very little crime. It is a quite city, the people there is nice, the goods is good, but the living cost is very low, it is a good place for living.
