Visa Z - what if not married

guest68362 My boyfriend will start working in Shanghai from early next year on, and I would like to go with him. I am planning to look for a job once we are there. What kind of visa could I apply for? As far as I found out, a visa Z would only work for married couples.

Hello Stefanie ,

when you have a job in shanghai ,and your company can provide some documents for you ,then you can apply for the Z visa,if you don't have a job now ,you can apply for a F visa or L visa first and when you are here and have a job ,then you can apply for the Z visa.
