I want to leave China: Can I apply for a new tourist Visa in Shanghai?
Mar 23, 2010 19:32
Hi,
I have been to China before with a business Visa, but now I am coming back with a single entry tourist visa.

However, a friend of mine has invited me to Japan over an extended week. I would like to rebook my flight, fly to Japan and return to Shanghai, stay for a few nights and then return to Europe.

As I mentioned I have a single entry tourist Visa. Is it possible in Shanghai to apply for a new tourist Visa so that I can leave the country and come back? If so, how much does it cost and more importantly how long does it take?

Sadly I was not able to find information online.

Thanks for your help.
