What is the most precious character to women?

The general ideas of men come to the answer that outside and inside beauty are equally important. Women who are really attractive must be those of kind-hearted, tender and showing self-esteem. Is there any difference between western and oriental women?

I really want to share your ideas! Especially, those of male friends!

In my opinion (as a lao wai) I think that inner beauty is far more important than looks. Looks fade over time but personality, humour, kindness and a caring nature remain.

Comparing Chinese women with western I would say basicaly the want and need the same things but perhaps they way they find these things is different. Chinese women seem to "fall in love" far too easily. Perhaps Chinese "love" means something different and is based on more practical things like security rather than emotion.

But i cannot agree more at your "Perhaps Chinese "love" means something different and is based on more practical things like security rather than emotion." And for some people, love is not all in their life.

"Kind, honest, considerate and reasonable". They are most difficult to be "found" especially when she really loves someone! Right?

In the UK at least, I think women follow their heart more than their head. In other words they worry about the practical things later. However, we are fortunate that with the benefit system in the UK, no one is really poor. The state will take care of the jobless and homeless. So, while I'm sure they would prefer a wealthy husband, job and income is not usually the deciding factor in finding a mate.

And Jimmy, I don't think you are expecting too much. I found one so there must be more.

GUESTUKI But in China, I think most girls are willing to follow their heart but finally transper to follow their head. They may don't worry about the practical things for sake of love. However, people around will bother them. Job and income is gernerally the "deciding factor" in finding a mate.
