I like kite very much. Anyone offers me some info on kite festivals in China?

yeah, spring is the season to fly kites.

The biggest one is WeiFang international Kite festival.20th April to 7th May every year.

Is there any such festival in Xi'an? or around Xi'an?

well. if you mean the affair that you can fly one around South gate and Zhong Gu lou Square is called festival, yes here is.:)

but the kite is not big enough, only the plastic ones for children. i mean the huge ones in shape of snake or dragon or watever.
