Hi, I can't apply for a visa here in Philippines because the passport of my husband is with him. My husband is working in Nigeria, I will meet him in Hongkong then we are planning to go to Shenzhen for 2 days. I already have a booking for our hotel in Shenzhen. It is possible that we can get a visa at the border? Thank you.

GUESTESSELTE I am sorry to tell you that if you come to China for the first time, you can not get a visa on arrival at the border.

You cannot get a visa at the border, but you can get one in HK. If you pay the express fee it can be done in 24 hours.... get to the office when it opens and you have a chance it might be ready at 4pm.
