looking for Saudi arebia and Egypt Visa agent In china

Hello!!
I am Indian living in China with work permit,
and I want to travel To Saudi Arabia and Egypt in this month only.
I have checked with both embassies already.
For Saudi I need some Documents and Visa number from Saudi only which is quite difficult for me at moment, and for Egypt getting Business visa is even more difficult.
Is there any Visa agent in China in Hangzhou or Shanghai who can help in arranging all documents?
