Kashgar to Tibet and Nepal by Road

I am from Pakistan so I am planning to go Pakistan to Kashgar to Nepal via Tibet

some one guide me,
1) where to get Tibet Permit
2) Public Transport is available in this route?

Note that I can speak Chinese very well so language is not a problem for me.

Kashar->using highway G-315->Yarkant->G219 highway starts->Ngari->Baga->Saga Gong->Chawu xiang -> Yalaixiang->Nylam->Zhangmu->Kodari->Nepal

China Govt make a new highway in this route. so i want to travel in this route

Please guide me about Public Transport / TTB Permit

This might be going through areas which require an Alien Travel Permit (ATP) on top of the TTB Permit.

I don't specialise in travel on this route or Tibet so I cannot help even if you give me your route map. As I mentioned earlier, Jamin would be in a better position to give you information, or know someone reliable who can.

I think the person who lived in Ngari County, Baga County, Zhangmu County can help me better in Tibet

Please, it's Jamin, not Jenmin.
Jamin lives in Xining but has travelled personally all over Greater Tibet and also specialises in Tibet travel.
Someone who lives along your route but who doesn't travel would fulfil your "location" criteria but wouldn't be able to help with your question!
