1. Do i need to apply Visa to go to HK from SZ? (I am a singaporean)
2. Can i go via Metro MTR Luo Hu?
3. How long does it take from Luo Wu to Tsim Sha Tsui?

1) Singapore passport holders get a 90-day visa-on-arrival for Hong Kong, regardless of how/where you're entering Hong Kong. I just double-checked with my passport so I'm 100% sure.
2) Yes, but you need to cross the border on foot as the metro/MTR are 2 different systems in the 2 different cities.
3) Your route Lo Wu→ Kowloon Tong→ Mong Kok→ Tsim Sha Tsui (2 changes of line) will take about 54 mins.

You're welcome. LOL, we might have a higher chance of meeting in Singapore or elsewhere than Shenzhen. :P
