How to reserve a hotel in Zhoukou?

I would like to know which one is the best hotel in Zhoukou and what is the best way to reserve it? Also, which hotel is 4-star or 5-star rating in that city?

Zhoukou Fandian (Zhoukou Hotel) on Wuyi Lu is the only 4-star hotel in the city, I don't think there're 5-star hotels there.
