Suzhou isn't enroute from Hangzhou to Shanghai, in case you're wondering.
There's now only 1 D train left for Hangzhou -- Suzhou: D5590 (1142--1422)
You might be better off taking the long-distance buses which are quite frequent and take about 3 hours.

AirAsia runs an airport shuttle between Hangzhou airport and downtown Shanghai, costs 100 RMB. The website says that it takes 2 hours.

Hangzhou -- Shanghai is best done by D train, it takes about 1.5 hours each way.

GUEST07174 I will be flying from Singapore this month and will arrive Hangzhou airport very late at night. I will stay a night in a hotel in downtown Hangzhuo. I need to get to Suzhuo on the next day. Any buses or coach services between Hangzhuo and Suzhou? If there is, which bus station provides this service?
Thanks.

If you're arriving very late at night, I think it would be best to try and find somewhere at the airport to stay, then go by bus to Suzhou the next morning. The earliest bus leaves Hangzhou airport at 1030 and costs 95 RMB, and it's less hassle than going into town.
