For recreation there are shops that rent out equipment for windsurfing, jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, etc. The penthouse takes top 2 floors of a building with total 8 floors, which is right beside a five-star hotel. But it is a peaceful area with no crowds or busy streets. The building was constructed last Oct. The remainder of the building are condominiums. Most of them are used as private vacation homes. There is a swimming pool, free parking (and a private garage will soon be available). There is also a 24-hour security guard. Easy transportation.
