I will live in Beijing for the next year and I've just started to study at Capital Normal University (首都师范大学) in the Haidian district (next to 3rd Ring road). Now I'm looking for an apartment nearby. I would prefer a 1-room furnished apartment, but a 2-room (2 bedrooms) would also be ok (I know people who would move there as well).
