letter of release?

guestpuerk I worked in china as a teacher from september 1st 08 to march 09...Due to many problems my employer , I decided to run away and breach the contract.
I could get a new job there starting september 2010. Do I need a letter of release to be able to apply for a new visa Z and then a working permit?
