The Razzie judges haven't changed their mind about Bullock's performance in "All About Steve" - they just want to get the actual trophy back (a 30-year-old hand-made award), which was given to her mistakenly. The most Interesting is that Bullock won the Best Actress Oscar for "The Blind Side," making her the only person ever to win both an Oscar (the Best Actress) and a Razzie (the Worst Actress) in the same year. Do you think she would return it? It is not her fault anyway even the award is the worst one.

GUEST21131	It doesn’t matter to return this award. Perhaps, the award officials would say sorry about their carelessness. Anyway, I like her movies.
