Generally it is accepted unless there is sign" No Smoking" like in gas stations, some malls, buses,etc.
But u r a prettydoll, better dont smoke at all.

when u r on tour, u wont feel pressed that much.
And smoking would deteriorate ur already tight budget. For a pack of cigarrettes, u can sample many local snacks.
