CARLOS Points: Join Date: Sep 10, 2007 Status: offline	Thinking about founding an affiliate (hope the word is correct) to China. There we would hire one local person. Does anyone know about doing that? Is it difficult, much bureaucracy? What about paying to the worker? Can it be done from abroad? Is there a working banking system, meaning can all payments be done quickly and safe? Is it necessary to know someone important to make things go more smoothly? Any advice taken with gratitude. Need something to get forward. Thanks in advance. Carlos
