I have F Visa valid upto October 2010. Now I get all papers for Z Visa application.
Where I should apply for Z visa, in my home country Chinese embassy or in China?

You may try to submit your application to Entry Exit Bureau, but it is very difficult to get it granted. Hopefully if you can apply for it through Chinese Embassy in your home country.

Hey LP, I never expeced an old hand like you would be asking these questions!!

Yes try PSB, E&E. Get your employer to contact them and try to sort it out. Get the boss to do it not the office junior.... and of course some face to face contact and prhaps a dinner o two.... you know the way things work. Otherwise you can go to HK if that's convenient for you, but the employer must do the paperwork correctly.
