Few days ago, the Southern Sky Column in Zhangjiajie had its named to Avatar Hallelujah Mountain. Actually, there is no lack of precedent around the world. Shangri-La was first in a novel which described a peaceful land in Southern China. And afterward this word is under the definition of Xanadu. Yunnan led up Sichuan to name his Zhongdian County Shangri-La. Other examples like Oriental Hawaii, Oriental Venice, and Oriental Eden, etc. No fault that tour industry needs participation of the public. But is it good to name scenery places foreign names?

LONELYJOURNEY Points: Join Date: Oct 28, 2009 Status: Offline	They just want to be famous in the world so that many foreigners will come to visit. Then they will make a lot of money. Many clothes made in China have foreign names and those clothes are sold very expensively.
