BATTLETOAD Points: Join Date: May 14, 2010 Status: offline	I have been looking for information on this for everywhere, but I can't find it, so if you have a moment to spare and know the answer, I'd greatly appreciate it. I don't how to satisfy two requirements. The fist is: A visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit. My company that will be sending me to the Chinese office is based in Ireland, so I'm not sure how that will work out. Secondly: An originial and a photocopy of the Work Permit for Aliens issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry or the original of Foreign Expert's License issued by the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau I have no idea how to meet that requirement nor what it means. Can anyone help me get some clarification? Thanks so much

For the 2 documents, you need an employer registered in China to help you.

First, the employer help you get Alien Work License, and you should send below required documents to your employer:
1-passport copy;
2-BA or above diploma certificate;
3-Work experience certificate;
4-Medical check report;
5-Chinese CV;

Second, the employer can help you get A Visa Notification form with Alien Work license
