We see various ways of sales promotion nowadays. As we get curiosity to view that more and more shops tout their products in dazzling ‘tricks’. To be honest, people are easy to be attracted in this way.
Anyway, their creativity is great for us to learn. Ads designers always do what we called transcendences. Look this one below. A shirt company in Tokyo japan Talent 'creates' a famed work of Van Gogh. 2,070 shirts with 24 different colors do attract many eyes.

Yes. it is an art to make attractive and creative ads. So colleges offer such majors. But some of the Ads on TV are awesome, and some are boring and disturbing especially between TV plays.
