I am Filipino holding an SPR (Singapore Permanent Resident). Planning to go to Guangzhou, China. Can I send my visa application (L - tourism or F - business) through Chinese Embassy in Singapore office? Whats the probability of getting the visa approved whilst applying here in Singapore? Your advice is much appreciated.

GUEST30132 It is possible for you to get a China L or F visa in Singapore.
Also there is another way, fly to HK ask a visa agency in HK to help you get a L or F visa.

If you need help on getting China visa, please email to hotmail.com|maggielee66.
