Why not pay a visit to Guangzhou ? I am pretty sure that you could get lot of fashions items at USD$10/PC or even lower than USD$10/PC .Here are just some rough prices for your kind reference :

Women hoodies USD$3/PC
100% cotton Tshirt USD$2/PC
sweaters : USD$5/PC
PU belts RMB1/PC
pu handbags USD$10/PC
Jacket USD$8/PC

When you are in guangzhou ,just go to Shahe clothes wholesale market and you will find lots of cool deals there. Good luck !
