I am trying to relocate my family from Beijing to Harbin. Does anyone know if any of the public elementary and middle schools will accept my three children ((, 13,15)? I am retired and have an "L" visa that matches their student visa duration here in Beijing.

I would also appreciate information on renting an apartment, etc.
