Looking for information regarding the entry visa application and requirements for a kenyan passport holder entering Macau from Hong Kong for a short visit.

Go to Macau from Hong Kong do not need a visa, just the passport is ok.

Sorry, Bill, but I have to disagree with you on this one. Kenyan passport holders rquire a visa..please see www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/macau.htm (Only 65 nationalities enjoy visa-free entry to Macau).

It is very hard to get information on-line on how to apply for a visa for Macau. I recommend that you contact the PRC consulate (in some countries they handle Macau visas as well as China Mainland) in Kenya or contact a major travel agent.
