guest17218 Most tenants in Belgravia Place, a "top" service apartment building in Shanghai, are being faced with gas bills from 3,000 to 8,000 RMB for two months. One, a single guy who travels 50% of the time, had a gas bill of 7,800 RMB for two months.

Anyone know what a typical gas bill would be for a 200 sqm luxury apt in Shanghai?

These numbers are outrageous!
