Looking for an apartment in Hangzhou

Hi Everybody,

I am looking for an apartment in Hangzhou with criteria as belows:
- convenience, walking distance to hypermarket, bus stop,clinics,shops
-1-2 bedrooms
- basic furnished
- clean and safe
- budget medium
- preferably if possible deal direct to the owner

Plan to move to Hangzhou by end July
