How to maintain youth?

Are you familiar with these Chinese celebs? It is not a secret that many stars take surgeries to maintain youth, and some take madicines instead. But can you imagine that those I listed below are of nearly the same age? All the photos are recently shot.

A joyful heart would be less expensive in keeping with a youthful appearance. The over indulgement of toxins that depletes a bodys resources of its vitamins. Too much of the wrong foods, drinks, drugs,smoking,,and worry,, can contribute and weaken an immune system.
Laugh if you may,, post some photos of people of the same age, that look like they are 70 or 80 yrs old. I have seen people younger than me in their early to mid 30s and balding.

That is great that you have a joyful heart. Maybe it is easier to sleep more instead for me. Sometimes, it is really difficult to drag me out of depression on my own. But your words do help a lot.
I will do some research on others who with 'HGPS'.

Jimmy Lin looks young because he has a baby face. He was born with this. Couldn't imagine that he is a father now. I have been working for 3 years. However, some people still call me "学生".

Pan Yingzi is a miracle among all of them. I searched for her today, here is the picture I found.
