Yes, of course. There are many job positions for international professionals on www.chinahot.com, China's English language job board for expats/foreigners and bilingual Chinese.

Not true...You did notice she says "bilingual" Chinese. This would also apply to being a "bilingual" foreigner. I 'm a professional engineer myself who does not speak fluent Chinese and the best work I could find was as an english teacher
