i want to travel various places in china by rail and road fro india

By road or rail from India? I don't think it is possible. Better take flight from India to Guangzhou and then take train to Shenzhen. By the way, I don't know if there are direct flights from India to Guangzhou. If not, you may transfer in HK and then go to Shenzhen from HK. Then go to Yiwu from Shenzhen.

And Guangdong is a province, not a city. I assume that you want go to Guangzhou.

To Lhasa, you may go to Shanghai and then take direct train.

You could get to all those places by road and rail if you wish, but you'll need to go through Nepal and then Tibet Autonomous Region, or Pakistan and then Xinjiang province. Both would take a rather long time and might not cost much less than going by air.
