Kayla Martell, a girl who suffers from alopecia became the queen of the 2020 Miss Delaware pageant. She said: “Miss American needs to be someone who’s relatable and approachable and I think that helped me to fit the needs of the job.” The girl also said her dream is to promote awareness of alopecia.

although she is bald, she has a good appearance. If she is bald and ugly, i dont think she can be the queen. Outter appearance still is the No.1 factor in beauty contest.
