"The Dream of Red Mansion", is one of the Four Great classical Chinese novels.
The novel is known to every household in China. It tells of the social life of many periods in the Qing Dynasty and portrays successfully a group of innocent and lovely girls suffering under the debris of a male-centered feudal society.

But how about making it into TV plays?It may violate the right of revise or damage the integrity of the original work when the adaptation overstep the necessary limitation. What do you think if you have watched its new version TV palys in both old and new versions? Be faithful to the original book is good or not in your opinion?

I like the old one, especially Daiyu, she is of full elegance. See the difference below. How dare they remake Chinese Classic like this!

Yes, the new version now has finishend, it give rise to considerable controversy at the same time, about the death of Daiyu, naked. I do appreciate Chen Xiaoxu in the old version. She is very much fit the role.
