How can i find out the rental rate for a place to set up F&B buiness? Location is in Xiamen is there any regulations or license requirement that govern the operation of such buiness... mainly doing coffee/ tea and toast.. no alchohol How about advertising cost? - newspaper and magazine is franchising subjec to any government regulation? many thanks for your help
