There are 5 metro lines in shanghai, you can go nearly wherever you want, and taking metro can spare the bother of traffic jam. 2、use travel app for you iphone If you are an iphone user, I think you can buy some use travel app on the app store. It can not only save the time in searching information on the internet, but also easy to schlep. I’ve ever use one called "xTown Guangzhou Asian Game" which is very practical, it contain not only the require airways, banks and traffic information, but also the tour information for eat, live and play in Guangzhou, and the xclipper function make me surprised, no matter read something from friends on Facebook or done some personal research, I can just use the free download xClipper PC browser tool to "Clip" my research and sync to my iPhone, although I am not in Guangzhou now, I still use it to be my “moveable folder”.So convenience! 3、Eat at local restaurants. Restaurants that are inside the hotel that you are staying cost more than the other restaurants in the place. Though you may say it is comfortable to eat directly in your hotel but never fail to disregard the fact that there are restaurants that offers cheaper food and tastes great. It is common knowledge that Guangzhou is a food paradise, what you can`t miss is the authentic Guangzhou breakfast! 4、sleep in youth hostels as much as possible There are a few of youth hostels in Guangzhou, and the environment is clean and comfort, you can meet who are also love travel when live in the youth hostels, perhaps you can travel together to make your tour to Guangzhou more interesting. 5、shopping in clothing wholesales It's well known that China is a powerful garment manufacture and export country, it's absolutely a good way to save money buying clothes in the big Guangzhou wholesale market, and the Baima wholesale market near the Guangzhou railway station, the Shi San Xiang wholesale market near the Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, the Gao Di Jie wholesale market near the Beijing Pedestrian Street are the places you must go to, you just need to pay 1/5 price of normal to get the same clothes, isn’t exciting?
