Hi! I am crazy about Chinese food. I often buy sauces and other food items that are new to me when I go to the Asian grocery. Does someone know how to use tan tan xiang pickle? Thanks for your help.

GUESTFDGVTRF It is made from chillies. I usually put a little in fried rice or noodles.
