Hi,Can Anyone help me with an Answer to My Question which is, It is known that if you are married ( which I am married to a beauiful Chinese lady) for five years in a row, that it easier to apply and become a permanent resident,But does this mean Five years Married in China or outside of China,My wifes parents are not in the best of health, and my Wife has already her own apartment there,so we are looking to move there and stay if this can be done.If anyone can help with a truthful answer, that would be awesome,Regards

That is the rule, but the application of the rule is that you you have the "snowball in hell's" chance if you have not invested many millions in China are not in with the local bigwigs.

As GuestEthan said, if you lived in China not less than 9 months each year during last 5 years, you can apply the Permanent Residence Permit valid for 10 years. During these 10 years, you need not to renew your Z visa if you have and can enter/leave China freely. Good Luck.
